First American Financial Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to 53 Cents Per Share
SANTA ANA, Calif., August 22, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), a premier provider of title, settlement and risk solutions for real estate transactions and the leader in the digital transformation of its industry, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 53 cents per common share, a 2 percent increase over the prior level of 52 cents per common share.

The cash dividend is payable on September 15, 2023 to shareholders of record as of September 8, 2023.
