Gigi Hadid Was Just Seen at Zayn Malik's Apartment Post-Breakup
Wait, are Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik back on? According to reports, the couple broke up again earlier this month, but a recent Gigi sighting might have us questioning otherwise. The 23-year-old model was seen arriving to her ex's apartment today, sparking speculation that she and the former One Direction star might've rekindled their flame.
Hadid was photographed exiting her car and heading into the front door of the NYC apartment building, wearing gray sweats and a peacoat. She covered her face with her bag and phone to avoid getting snapped by the paparazzi.
Hadid was also photographed leaving Malik's place last night, according to pictures published in The Sun and The Daily Mail, furthering speculation that she and the singer might still be seeing each other.
Us Weekly first reported the "Zigi" split on January 3. An insider told the outlet that Hadid "tried hard" to make the relationship work, but Malik had "a lot of his own issues that she couldn’t help him get through."
Hadid and Malik previously broke up in March 2018 after two years of dating. At the time, they each confirmed the split news with statements on social media.
"I'm forever grateful for the love, time, and life lessons that Z and I shared," Gigi said at the time. "I want nothing but the best for him and will continue to support him as a friend that I have immense respect and love for."
However, a month after announcing their breakup, Zayn was seen at Gigi's apartment. (Is this a running trend between the two?) By the summer, they were back together again, and sharing sweet posts of each other on Instagram.
