EDMONTON, AB--(Marketwire - Sep 11, 2012) - Green Oasis Environmental Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRNO), a Florida corporation, is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary, Custom Carbon Processing Inc. (CCP), has built a brand new, state-of-the-art facility located eight miles southeast of Wibaux, Montana. This Salt Water Disposal and Slop Oil Reclamation Facility, now known as the "Michels Site," has recently been established from the ground up, with plans for further expansion in the future.

The Michels Site has always been a big part of the plan moving forward for CCP. At one time this old oil producing well was converted to a basic disposal well, and was in dire need of a complete overhaul. CCP acquired the site and has taken it many levels beyond.

As the Michels Site was not fit for the purpose oil reclamation, nor was it up to CCP's standards, the process to upgrade the facility was initiated in May of last year. Because of previous neglect, the initial upgrades to the site included increasing the tank infrastructure and completely replacing the piping and the injection pump. However, due to the nature of the busy economy in the area and intense drilling activity, a service rig was not available until November of last year, temporarily putting operations on hold. Once the service rig became available, the old tubing was pulled out of the ground and 5,400 feet of new tubing was installed. A new pump has replaced the old one, and the tank capacity on site has been increased by 600%.

With the Michels Site non-operational, while waiting to acquire a service rig, big decisions were made. With our Waldo oil reclamation facility just an hour north of the Michels Site, CCP decided to capitalize on the opportunity to raise the efficiency of both operations, which, in turn, would lower our overhead and we believe substantially increase our profitability. The decision was made to shut down the Waldo Site and combine the two facilities into one flagship operation known as the Michels Salt Water Disposal and Oil Reclamation Facility."

Peter Margiotta, President and CEO of Green Oasis Environmental Inc., explained, "We've developed a state-of-the-art facility which incorporates the very technology that we have been determined to utilize and have only now been in the position to implement. Usually there is a trade-off when making a decision such as this, but for CCP, the opportunity presented itself and we seized it. Although there has been a decrease of information released on this new project until now, our focus was on the design and integrity of the construction of this plant. While working on this project, slop oil was continuing to be stored; now that construction is complete, and with only minor details remaining, we are now able to maintain a high level of oil production to coincide with a healthy water injection business."

Mr. Margiotta further stated, "Having a facility such as the Michels Site in Montana allows us to implement environmental practices that are not currently utilized by most companies in the injection and recovery business, and not only makes the process of injection and recovery more efficient, it takes the safety and preservation of our environment to the next level. The Michels Site facility has become the model of CCP operations and the blueprint for our facilities moving forward. The transformation of the Michels Site was a major decision, and a costly one, but most importantly, transforming the Michels Site was the right decision."
