The executive search firm posted revenue of $257.4 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $253.2 million, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $248.2 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $54.4 million, or $2.62 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.03 billion.

Heidrick & Struggles expects full-year revenue in the range of $245 million to $265 million.
