HONG KONG, Sept. 15, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Henderson Land Development Company Limited ("Henderson Land" or "the Group") (Stock code: 12) announced on September 12 that The Henderson, its flagship commercial development designed by world-renowned architectural firm Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), has committed to a lease with Audemars Piguet. The Swiss fine watchmaking manufacturer will join industry-leading firms like Christie's and Carlyle as one of The Henderson's distinguished tenants. The Henderson has also committed to another lease with an international art gallery, which brings exceptional expertise and vision to the art market with showrooms in the United States, Europe, and Asia. With the inclusion of these two new tenants, the occupancy rate of the rentable floors of The Henderson is approaching 50%.
