As customers plan their getaways for 2014, they can now slash the cost of their car hire in a range of the most popular holiday hot spots on all bookings made until the 21st of January.
For each day in the sale period, customers will get the opportunity to snap up a fantastic deal on a new destination, where they can book discounted car hire for trips taken before the 31st of October 2014.
The first of the 24 hour offers kicks-off at one minute past midnight on Monday the 6th of January and features 20% off car hire for bookings made in Cyprus. For the rest of the week, customers will have the opportunity to book their holiday hire cars across 28 locations, including Germany, Portugal, USA, South Africa, Iceland, France and Spain - all at a drastically reduced price.

The January Sale - 20% off car hire - Sale Terms and Conditions
Offer Period
From 00:00 GMT on January 6th 2014 until 23:59 GMT on January 21st 2014 (the "Promotional Period"), the Sale will be available subject to these Sale Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms and Conditions.
The Sale is valid for pickups in the relevant destination if the pickup is before November 1st, 2014 unless otherwise stated. Some exclusions may apply to selected destinations and these are detailed below.
Price
A discount of 20% off has been applied to the standard online rates available for reservation, the sale price is shown through the use of a strikethrough symbol on the website.
The discount is only available for reservations made in the relevant 24 hour period for the sale destination. The full 20% discount will be available on all international airport pickups and selected downtown locations. However, a small percentage of pickup locations will not be discounted and no strikethrough will be visible. Any quotes will only be valid on the date the quotation is made and cannot be honoured after that time.
The discounted rate offered is inclusive of airport surcharges, collision damage waiver, environmental tax, theft waiver, third party liability insurance and unlimited mileage (except for domestic USA rentals and rentals in Australia and Canada). Rates for rentals in the USA also include loss damage waiver and supplementary liability insurance.
Please note:
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) does not always cover damage or loss of keys, tyres, windscreen or undercarriage and you may be liable for the cost of damage to any of these items.
We work with multiple suppliers in each location and often cars within the same category will vary in price. Prices change quickly based on demand and availability from suppliers and within car type groups and, during the sale it is likely that the cheapest cars will book up first.
The Sale will not apply to any pre-bookable extras such as vehicle hire excess & security deposit protection Insurance and GPS products. Nor will the sale apply to cars where the selling price is set by the car hire supplier. In this instance no strikethrough discount will be shown.
Cancellations, Changes and Excluded Items
This Sale applies to all new reservations made for the specified sale destination in the particular 24 hour sale periods advertised and cannot be applied to existing reservations or applied retrospectively. Reservations made prior to the sale, cancelled and rebooked during the sale will not be eligible for discount.
During the Promotional Period, there is no maximum number of reservations which can be made. The Sale is subject to availability and may be subject to change or withdrawn without prior notification.
The Sale only applies to reservations made for each sale destination on the date it is on sale. Once a confirmed reservation has been made, it will be possible to make minor changes to your reservations such as adding the names of new drivers or adding pre-bookable extras. Any major changes such as changing the time, date and location of the pick-up and drop off or changing the car group reserved, for example, will be possible but may result in the discount being removed and you will also be responsible for any additional charges which may apply as a result of these changes.
If you wish to cancel your car hire reservation at any time, the normal cancellation policy and charges will apply.
All reservations which require confirmation within 48 hours will still be eligible for the sale discount provided that the original reservation is confirmed with the supplier. If we are unable to confirm your original reservation within 48 hours you may still be eligible for the sale discount providing you re-book your car hire within 48 hours of being notified that your original reservation cannot be confirmed.
The Sale does not apply to van or motorhome hire and is subject to availability and may be subject to change or withdrawn without prior notification.
In the event that these Sale Terms and Conditions conflict with the Standard Terms and Conditions then the Standard Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
