Hudsonville launches three limited-edition Little Debbie flavors for Christmas
HOLLAND — Limited edition flavors from Hudsonville Ice Cream, in partnership with Little Debbie, are hitting the shelves this fall and winter.
The Holland-based brand announced three holiday flavors inspired by snack cake treats from Little Debbie — Cherry Cordials, Christmas Tree Cakes and Chocolate Christmas Tree Cakes.
Each of the flavors are available exclusively at Walmart while supplies last. Retail prices for pints range from $2.74-$3.99, according to Hudsonville Ice Cream.
“Every season is ice cream season at Hudsonville, but we’re especially excited about these holiday flavors,” said CJ Ellens, vice president of sales and marketing at Hudsonville Ice Cream, “Christmas Tree Cakes has been an absolute sensation, and the two flavors joining it this year are sure to delight our fans and get them in the holiday spirit.”
Christmas Tree Cakes has white cake-flavored ice cream with yellow cake pieces, green sanding sugar and a red icing swirl. The chocolate version has chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake pieces and holiday sprinkles.

In the Cherry Cordials flavor, you’ll find cherry-flavored ice cream with cookie pieces, chocolatey flakes and a cherry swirl.
It's far from the first time Hudsonville Ice Cream has featured Little Debbie treats. The original flavors launched in February 2022, including Cosmic Brownies, Honey Buns, Nutty Bars, Oatmeal Crème Pies, Strawberry Shortcake Rolls, Swiss Rolls and Zebra Cakes. Four new flavors — Star Crunch, Unicorn Cakes, Fudge Rounds and Birthday Cakes — were introduced over the summer.
In total, the website now lists 19 flavors, with the addition of Nutty Bars Ice Cream Bars, Apple Fruit Pies, Chocolate Chip Crème Pies, Pumpkin Delights and Turtle Brownies.
