Hyatt Hotels: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

CHICAGO (AP) — CHICAGO (AP) — Hyatt Hotels Corp. (H) on Friday reported fourth-quarter net income of $26 million.

The Chicago-based company said it had profit of 25 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 64 cents per share.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 38 cents per share.

The hotel operator posted revenue of $1.66 billion in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.56 billion.

For the year, the company reported profit of $220 million, or $2.05 per share. Revenue was reported as $6.67 billion.
