Another key focus area for Raynard's real estate investments is Pickwick Lake, situated at the confluence of Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama. While more rural than Sarasota, Pickwick Lake has experienced a burgeoning economy and population, driven by the defense industry's expansion. A study conducted by Mississippi State University highlighted the pressing need for housing in the area, with around 5,000 workers unable to find suitable accommodations within a reasonable distance of their workplaces.

Raynard notes that a majority of homes in Pickwick Lake were constructed before 1990, and there have been limited new developments.
