Justin Bieber Shares Acne Selfie on Instagram, Is All of Us

Normally, Justin Bieber makes beauty headlines due to a new — and likely huge — tattoo or for a change to his hair color. However, the singer's recent Instagram Story is making waves for being perhaps his most relatable yet.

On Thursday afternoon, Bieber shared an Instagram Story video where he points to spots on his forehead and chin with the caption "Pimples are in." That's right — international pop sensation Justin Bieber literally just Vanna White'ed his acne to 98.1 million followers.

Grazing his hands over his unkempt scruff while looking straight into the camera, he made looking confident with acne easy, and we love that he's truly living the message of his hit song, "Love Yourself". (Well, the not-savage version of it, anyway.) Best of all, it's a reminder we can all use — especially when it comes to succumbing to the pressures of looking perfect on social media.

His three simple words feel like a welcome respite from a world of 11-step skincare routines — which may or may not ensure that you never break out again, given that acne is entirely normal and sometimes unavoidable. Celebrities can often be shamed for not having HD-perfect skin, so it's no small feat to Bieber to embrace his acne in such a real way. Fortunately, he's not the first celeb to share acne-positive Instagrams, but we certainly hope he's not the last.
