Justin Bieber has had quite a year. And through tumultuous breakups, one joyful engagement announcement and a few subsequent relationship highs and lows, his hair continues to subconsciously signal the 24-year old's exact emotional state—just look to the messy peroxide head of hair he sported when soul searching (and shedding a few tears) on a very public New York park bench with fiancée Hailey Baldwin this past summer. But since the duo's rumored courthouse wedding last month, it seems Bieber may be taking on a markedly more thoughtful, polished, mature approach to his look.
Out for a stroll this afternoon in West Hollywood with Baldwin, the singer showed off a neat man bun and fresh confidence that telegraphed his firmly committed status. Scraped back underneath a black cap and secured with a small elastic, the tight knot was befitting his focused mindset.
As the pop star and husband-to-be embarks on his next chapter, the obvious question is clear: could Bieber be testing out the new pulled together hairstyle for his upcoming walk down the aisle? Only time—and a dollop of grooming cream—will tell.
