Kylie Jenner’s ‘starter home’ is on sale for $3.6 million

Kylie Jenner’s $3.6 million starter home is up for sale.

Jenner purchased the home in 2015 when she was 17 years old for $2.7 million. Although the home is on the market, Jenner hasn’t lived in the house herself since she sold it in 2017 for $3.15 million.

Nestled inside The Oaks, an exclusive Calabasas gated community, the home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. According to the listing, the Tuscan-inspired mansion features a master suite with a sitting area, monochromatic bathroom and walk-in closet exclusively for shoes.

Designed by celebrity decorator Jeff Andrews, it has an open concept dining room adjacent to a kitchen with French doors. The property also includes a massive outdoor living space with a pool and lounge area — apparently, Jenner’s touch.

There’s an optional sixth bedroom that the reality star and makeup mogul converted into a glam room with a lighted vanity table, mirrored walls and custom drawers.

The 4,852-square-foot “starter home” pales in comparison to Jenner’s recent real estate purchases.

Jenner purchased a Hidden Hills mansion in May 2016. Just a few months later in August, she purchased a 5,000-square-foot home next door.

Last April, Jenner spent a whopping $36.5 million on a Holmby Hills compound. It’s a 15,000-square-foot property with amenities like multiple wet bars, game rooms, a gym, outdoor projection screen and home theater. Not to mention, it comes with two guest houses.

Sure sounds like her daughter Stormi has plenty of room to play!
