Laureate Education: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

MIAMI (AP) — MIAMI (AP) — Laureate Education Inc. (LAUR) on Thursday reported profit of $41.9 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Miami-based company said it had profit of 26 cents. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, were 30 cents per share.

The for-profit higher education purveyor posted revenue of $409.4 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $107.6 million, or 68 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.48 billion.

Laureate Education expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.55 billion to $1.57 billion.
