IAEA Nuclear Energy Summit 2024, Brussels, Belgium – Thursday, March 21
World leaders will gather in Brussels at the first ever Nuclear Energy Summit to highlight the role of nuclear energy in addressing the global challenges to reduce the use of fossil fuels, enhance energy security and boost economic development. The Summit, jointly hosted by the Government of Belgium and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), will bring together world leaders, industry, and organizations in a unique opportunity to send a unified and powerful message to the international community on the importance of nuclear technologies in the journey to net zero.

American Nuclear Society’s International Conference on Physics of Reactors 2024 (PHYSOR 2024), San Francisco, CA – April 21-24
Mr. Grae will chair the “Nuclear at COP28” panel, discussing the breakthrough for nuclear energy at COP28 with its inclusion in the final statement agreed to by almost 200 countries as a key to achieving “deep, rapid, and sustained reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.”
PHYSOR 2024 will cast the spotlight on the latest advancements in reactor physics and related nuclear technologies and debate the challenges that need to be addressed. The conference aims to provide a platform for international experts from vendors, utilities, research laboratories, and universities to exchange ideas and latest developments on a wide spectrum of topics.
