This Seed round equity offering will enable the upcoming semi-private carrier to secure aircraft and prepare their innovative concept for scheduled daily flights between Los Angeles and New York.
Goldwing is a luxury offering for the premium traveler that fueled a post-pandemic private travel boom, which catapulted semi-private carriers into successful household names such as Blade, Aero, SurfAir, XO, and JSX (formerly Jetsuite X).
