OR YEHUDA, Israel (AP) _ Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (MGIC) on Wednesday reported second-quarter earnings of $5.7 million.

The Or Yehuda, Israel-based company said it had profit of 12 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 16 cents per share.

The business process integration software company posted revenue of $70.2 million in the period.
