TWST: Looking ahead, what about challenges and problems? Are there any significant problems that could arise when you consider ACA?

Mr. Thierer: Our biggest challenge in this industry is cost containment. And so, these challenges generate opportunities, especially in the area of specialty or biotech management, and it's an area where we are very, very focused. We are deploying cost containment and clinical strategies to get out in front of this huge and growing cost curve of biotech medications. But I think that for us, the biggest opportunities or challenges in our business is actually the on-boarding of the many new people that we've brought into the company, making sure that we've got their hearts and minds plugged in and clarity around their goals.

I would say the other biggest challenge that we have in terms of our positioning in the market is because of the way we've emerged as a challenger brand. We have so much option value or strategic choices in front of us, and so I think our single biggest challenge is to make the right resource allocation, capital allocation decisions to maximize the option value we've created for the company.

TWST: Would you mind telling us about the background or the expertise of the senior management team and also something about the corporate culture that you're trying to engender throughout the company?

Mr. Thierer: I've been in this business for 30 years, and the only thing really that I've ever done is health care information technology or PBM, and it turns out that...
