The drama surrounding Miranda Lambert and Evan Felker isn’t dying down anytime soon. The estranged wife of Lambert’s new boyfriend claims that the country star won’t leave her alone.
Staci Felker — who was reportedly “ghosted” by her husband when his band joined Lambert on tour — shared a screenshot of 10 incoming calls she received from an unknown number. On her Instagram Story, she implied that Lambert was the one dialing, writing, “FYI, if you’re crazy and crazy famous, this is how your number comes up. Wife’s number doesn’t change.”
In a follow-up post, Felker revealed that the Idaho number belongs to her estranged husband. “The other … is the person who is tired of him calling home,” she wrote, throwing shade at Lambert.
The “Tin Man” singer and Evan Felker went public with their romance a few weeks ago. Lambert and the Turnpike Troubadours frontman stepped out in New York City holding hands during a break from tour.
The Felkers were married for about a year and a half before Evan abruptly filed for divorce in February. In May, he filed a scheduling order to end the relationship, citing fears that Staci would otherwise “unduly delay” the divorce. Staci was apparently blindsided by the split and has been vocal on social media about feeling burned. After the PDA photos of Lambert and Evan were published, she declared that she was “moving forward.”
Lambert has not commented on her new romance.
