Pets of the Week
Four dogs are among the many future pets that are available for adoption at the Monroe County Animal Control. Anyone interested in adopting a pet can call the shelter for information at (734) 240-3125.
This week's Pets of the Week are:
Alexis
Alexis is a female shepherd mix, about 1 to 2 yrs old and weighs around 55 to 60 pounds. She's very energetic and playful; smart and eager to learn; sweet. Would love a fenced-in yard. Needs a patient owner. Unknown with cats and dogs. Dog friendly if properly introduced.
Lucas
Lucas is a male shepherd mix, about 2 to 4 years old and weights 65 to 70 pounds. He's very energetic and playful; fun and exciting; very smart and eager to learn. He loves long walks or runs and would love a fenced-in yard. He's unknown with cats but is dog friendly if properly introduced.
Sloop
Sloop is a male boxer mix, about 2 to 3 years old and weighs about 60 to 65 pounds. He is playful and friendly, enjoys long walks and is smart and eager to learn. He would love a fenced-in yard. Unknown with cats and dogs.
Smasher
Smasher is a male husky mix, about 1 to 2 years old and weighs about 65 pounds. He's very energetic and playful; very smart and eager to learn and loves the outdoors and long walks. Needs an experienced owner. Rescue Pull Welcome.
