MILLINGTON, N.J. (AP) _ MSB Financial Corp. (MSBF) on Thursday reported third-quarter profit of $1.3 million.

On a per-share basis, the Millington, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of 24 cents.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $6.4 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $4.9 million.

MSB Financial shares have climbed 6.5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $18.95, a rise of 9.5 percent in the last 12 months.
