The real estate investment trust, based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, posted revenue of $215.4 million in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $212.4 million.

For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $343.4 million. Revenue was reported as $858.1 million.

National Storage expects full-year funds from operations in the range of $2.40 to $2.56 per share.
