You Can Now Buy Rosé-flavored Strawberries and Raspberries

If you’re tired of regular, old delicious berries, give rosé-flavored strawberries and raspberries a chance. Driscoll’s — a berry seller out of California — has created two new summery berries that mix all the things we love about traditional strawberries and raspberries with a hint of flavor from summer’s favorite drink (rosé, of course).

The brand announced the new product last Wednesday on Facebook, much to the social media world’s delight. According to the Dricoll’s website on the new berries, “the blush color comes from a natural blend of light and dark berries mixed with the power of the sun.”

The flavor is described in the brand release as “sweet, peachy notes capped off with a soft, floral finish that's as delicate as a rose.” The texture is smoother and creamier than your usual strawberry, as well.

These special rosé berries will only be available to buy June through September through Whole Foods and Fresh Direct. It seems like the berries will only be available in Northern California and the East Coast.

The only thing that could make these strawberries and raspberries any better would be a dollop of fresh whipped cream. And if you don’t find yourself in the small availability regions, feel free to fall into a daydream made of glasses of rosé and bowls of berries — it is, after all, the perfect way to spend a summer day.
