HOUSTON (AP) — HOUSTON (AP) — Oceaneering International Inc. (OII) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $44.5 million.

The Houston-based company said it had net income of 43 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 19 cents per share.

The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 23 cents per share.

The oilfield services company posted revenue of $654.6 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $97.4 million, or 95 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $2.42 billion.
