(NASDAQ:OLB), a diversified payments company with a Bitcoin mining subsidiary (DMint), is pleased to announce that the Company has engaged Maxim Group LLC ("Maxim") to provide financial advisory and investment banking services in connection the potential spin-off of 100% of DMINT, Inc. into a stand-alone, publicly held company.
