Optimism for Company and future leads UFPI Board to approve five percent increase in annual dividend
-Approves December 2013 dividend of $0.21 per share-
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., October 17, 2013 - Universal Forest Products, Inc. (UFPI) today announced that, at their October 16, 2013, meeting, the Board of Directors approved a five percent increase to the annual dividend, as well as a semiannual dividend payment of $0.21 per share. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2013.
