According to Realtor.com, the New Franklin home on Tweed Drive was built in 1957 on a .94-acre lot. At 3,282 square feet, the home has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a two-car garage.

This home, built into a hilltop, is an outdoor-lover's dream. It has two levels, each with floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the view of Rex Lake, part of the Main Chain of Portage Lakes, according to the listing. It's conveniently located in the swim zone of the lake.

The home is considered a "rare find" with more than 250 feet of lake frontage on nearly an acre of land.
