Pacific Valley Bancorp Announces Stock Dividend

SALINAS, Calif., Feb. 28, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Valley Bancorp (OTC Pink: PVBK) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a 10% stock dividend payable on April 15, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 28, 2024. The dividend will be issued in the form of additional shares of common stock. Fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share of stock.
