Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to 25 Cents per Share

ALTAVISTA, Va., Nov. 15, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation (“Pinnacle” or the “Company”) (OTCQX: PPBN), the one-bank holding company for First National Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share on November 14, 2023, payable December 8, 2023, to shareholders of record as of November 24, 2023.

The $0.25 per share cash dividend is an increase of $0.05 per share, or 25%, compared to the $0.20 per share cash dividend paid last quarter and marks the forty-fifth consecutive quarter that a dividend has been declared.
