Primaris REIT Announces Distribution for December 2023
TORONTO, December 07, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust ("Primaris REIT") (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.07 per unit for the month of December, 2023, representing $0.84 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on January 15, 2024 to unitholders of record on December 29, 2023.
