Real estate transfers: Company buys 6 Canal Fulton properties for $1.47 million
A New Franklin company has purchased six apartment and multi-family properties in Canal Fulton for $1.47 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
Seven Points Group LLC bought the following properties from Schalmo Properties Inc.: 432 Bob Ave., 452 Bob, 502 Bob, 530 Bob and 546 Bob; and 1400 Pauli St.
The real estate transfers cover July 29 to Aug. 4.
