Real estate transfers: Portion of La Pizzaria sold for $1 million
A portion of La Pizzaria's restaurant and banquet complex in Jackson Township sold for $1 million, according to the latest real estate filings with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
Club Prive LLC, which lists a Jackson Township mailing address, purchased the 1.26-acre property from LDV Properties LLC. The foreclosed La Pizzaria properties have been overseen by a court-appointed receiver since 2020, and the other two buildings still are owned by LDV Properties.
The real estate transfers cover Sept. 23 to Sept. 29.
