RenuEn Corp Announces Distribution Agreement With Orlando-Based Planet-Up Technologies

CEO Jeff Nemes Delivers First Solar Powered Golf Cart to the Villages Community of Florida

JUPITER, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 19, 2014) - RenuEn Corporation (OTC Pink: RENU) (OTC Pink: RENUD) (PINKSHEETS: RENU) (PINKSHEETS: RENUD), a Renewable Energy Development and EPC Company, announced today that they have delivered a revolutionary solar powered golf cart to a customer in The Villages Community in Central Florida. The company has recently signed an agreement with Planet-Up Technologies to be the Master Distributer of their proprietary solar charging system in the Florida Market.

Jeff Nemes, CEO of RenuEn stated, "I am very excited to announce this important milestone of delivering a unique solar product into the premier retirement community of the entire East Coast! The Villages is very golf-cart centric in that the entire community was planned with golf carts being the primary mode of transportation throughout the 65,000+ home community. In fact, almost everyone uses electric golf carts instead of their vehicles to travel which is very eco-friendly and extremely convenient. The Villages is a very prestigious retirement community and frankly, acceptance of this revolutionary solar charging system here will have broad ramifications in golfing communities throughout the United States."

Nemes added, "The selection of RenuEn to be the marketing, sales and installation company for this revolutionary product through our Energy Solutions Dealer Program is a testament of the rapid successes we are having in the renewable energy space. With our March sales numbers already at $435,000 and now the addition of this exciting new product, I am confident that our first quarter will not only show record revenue for RenuEn but also earnings as well." Nemes said, "We have established an exclusive Energy Solutions Dealership right in the heart of the Villages to market and sell this product. With upwards of 100,000 golf carts in the twenty square mile community, I am sure our new dealer will be quite busy with new orders."

Ronald Ambar, President of Planet-Up Technologies stated, "The minute we met Jeff Nemes and his team at RenuEn, we knew we found the perfect fit for the roll-out of our first of many new solar charging products. As a developer of emerging technologies and products, we felt that RenuEn's dealer program was an ideal solution to market, sell and install the golf cart solar 'glow-kit'. By having RenuEn manage those processes as our distributer, we can continue to engineer and develop additional new products with our exclusive and proprietary technology." Ambar added, "As we drove through the Villages and saw hundreds of custom variations of golf carts, we knew this would be the best place to launch." Mr. Ambar continued, "Solar technology on a golf cart is not new, but Planet-Ups technology takes it to a new level. Our product and process can rapid charge any electric golf cart from zero to full in less than three hours where typical plug in to a home may take ten. We have not found any product in the market that can do what the solar 'glow-kit' can do. This technology can also be used in many other solar charging applications and we look forward to introducing them in the very near future through RenuEn."

Mr. Nemes continued, "Although we only delivered one golf cart today, after seeing the excitement in the eyes of our first customer, Villages resident Mike Sieg, we are sure this 'glow-kit' is going to be a sought after product." Mr. Sieg stated, "When we met with Frank Manganella from Energy Solutions and he explained the technology and savings, I had to have one." Mr. Sieg added, "When we spend a whole day golfing, we sometimes drive over forty-five minutes to get to one of the amazing golf courses here in the Villages and then play for five hours using up all of the golf carts battery power. Funny enough, we actually ran out of power driving home one night and had to call for assistance. Now I have the peace of mind knowing that I will never run out of power and the solar 'glow-kit' will keep my batteries charged and save me money."

Mr. Nemes concluded, "From the beginning of my tenure I have always stated that we would be on the lookout for game-changing renewable products that we feel have the ability to dominate their market and this revolutionary new technology does just that. Here in Florida, golf-carts are ubiquitous not just in the numerous residential communities like The Villages, but Florida has more golf courses than any state bar none, in fact over 1,200. The costs to charge carts are an expense any homeowner or business would love to decrease and we have the right technology to achieve that goal. Planet-Up Technologies has created the package for owners and manufactures to easily and seamlessly use the planet's most abundant renewable resource, sunshine and we plan to deliver it."
