RGA Leaders Of Tomorrow 2023 Award Winners Announced: Recipients Spotlight Leadership, Sustainable Investment and the Protection Gap
NEW YORK, October 04, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The International Insurance Society (IIS) has named Felicia Er of MSIG Asia the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow 2023 award winner for her original research Empathetic Leadership. The paper is an in-depth exploration of the path to gender diversity in the corporate landscape. Honorable mentions include Joyce Liow of Milliman for her paper Embracing Sustainable Investment and Joseph Strathman of Transamerica for Closing the Need Gap: Connecting with the Underserved Population Segments.
