The cloud-based phone system provider for small businesses posted revenue of $571.3 million in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Twelve analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $569.7 million.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $165.2 million, or $1.74 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.2 billion.

For the current quarter ending in March, RingCentral expects its per-share earnings to range from 79 cents to 80 cents.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $575 million to $580 million for the fiscal first quarter.

RingCentral expects full-year earnings in the range of $3.50 to $3.58 per share, with revenue ranging from $2.37 billion to $2.4 billion.
