(“Solarvest”, or the “Company”) (TSXV:SVS), reports the resignation of the entire board of directors and officers of the company. A number of factors contributed to the resignation, including the expiration of the director’s liability insurance whereby renewal terms with the existing insurer were unacceptable to the Board.
Alex MacKay has been empowered by the shareholders to act as Interim Director of Solarvest BioEnergy Inc. under Section 135 (1) (b) and (3) (a) of the BC Corporations Act to arrange for a Shareholder meeting to elect a new Board of Directors on behalf of Shareholders.
