Southwest cuts delivery forecast from Boeing

March 12 (Reuters) - Southwest Airlines on Tuesday cut its expectations for the number of aircraft it expects to receive from supplier Boeing Co, which is grappling with production delays.

Boeing has advised the company to expect 46 737-8 aircraft deliveries in 2024, a reduction from the previous expectation of 79 737 MAX aircraft deliveries, Southwest said in a filing. (Reporting by Abhijith Ganapavaram in Bengaluru; Editing by Anil D'Silva)
