State Street Global Advisors appoints Ann Prendergast as EMEA head

LONDON, Nov 20 (Reuters) - State Street Global Advisors, the $3.7 trillion asset management firm, has appointed Ann Prendergast as the new head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the company said on Monday.
Prendergast takes over from Rory Tobin, who announced his retirement in June 2023. She will lead a team of around 500 people and be based in the firm's Dublin office. (Reporting by Harry Robertson; Editing by Amanda Cooper)
