Fortnite Storm Flip can be found as ground loot, in chests, and in Supply Drops. They're Epic Rarity, so you're looking for purple drops, as in the image above. You can only hold one Storm Flips in a stack.
What does Storm Flip do in Fortnite?
Storm Flip is a throwable item in Fortnite that, upon landing, spawns in an ever-expanding area of Storm Effects. It takes five health per second, and grows in size, engulfing around the point where it was thrown. You'll take damage inside the Storm area, even if it's friendly fire, so take care when throwing Storm Flip near teammates.
One extra use for the Storm Flip item is that it will flip the Storm, even when you're in it. This means that it will create a safe zone, dispelling the Storm in a set area.
