Nov 15 (Reuters) - The Consumer Reports magazine's annual survey of new vehicle reliability ranks brands according to the frequency of problems faced by users of their cars. Problems with the engine, transmission and fuel system are among the factors surveyed by the magazine. Its scorecard is influential among consumers and industry executives.
