Tanger Outlets Nashville opens in Antioch with weekend celebration: What to expect

At Nashville's new mall, that is.
Tanger Outlets in Antioch, 4060 Cane Ridge Pkwy, opened Friday at 10 a.m. to plenty of fanfare. A ribbon cutting celebration kicked off the day with comments from Tanger Outlets CEO Stephen Yalof and Nashville Mayor Freddie O'Connell.
Hundreds of shoppers descended on the mall throughout the day on Friday.
The celebration is set to continue throughout the weekend with free entertainment and deals for shoppers. Here's everything you should know about Tanger before heading to the stores.
Grand celebration to include live music, family-friendly activities
The outlets feature a green space in the center with a permanent pavilion built for year-round activities and entertainment. During opening weekend, that will include live music, a collection of food trucks and family-friendly games with prizes.
During the weekend celebration, people who join the TangerClub loyalty program can secure early access to the TangerStyle Holiday sales event and unlock up to an extra 25% off every day deals at the outlets during the holiday sale.
Celebrations continue throughout the weekend. Saturday will feature a pet costume contest, a pop-up fitness class and more. Sunday features a watch party at TailGate Brewery to cheer on Tennessee’s home team.

Here's the list of retailers and restaurants opening:
Elevated and niche brands: Ariat, Joe’s Jeans, Neighborhood Goods, Summersalt, Roller Rabbit, Robert Graham, UGG, Huk and Ulta Beauty.
Accessories and jewelry: Coach, Michael Kors, Vera Bradley, Fossil, Sunglass Hut and Oakley.
Athletic apparel and footwear: Nike, Under Armour, Puma, Adidas and Journeys.
High-end fashion: Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, J.Crew, Victoria’s Secret and Vineyard Vines.
Home furnishings: Pottery Barn, ZWILLING J.A. Henckels and Kuhn Rikon.
Restaurants: Prince's Hot Chicken, Shake Shack, TailGate Brewery, Crumbl Cookies, Red Bicycle Coffee and Eggspectation.
New murals unveiled
To celebrate the grand opening, 13 new murals were created throughout the outlet development. The murals were created through a partnership with the company Muros, which works with local artists.
Where is the Tanger Outlets Nashville located and what's next?
Tanger Outlets is a key part of the 300-acre Century Farms development, which includes residential buildings, hotel developments and the Nashville Soccer Club training complex.
"We got to set the benchmark of what Century Farms is going to become," said Steve Dworkin, senior vice president of real estate development for Tanger. "We said: we need to make our mark here in Nashville."
Tiger Woods' Popstroke mini golf and restaurant venue also announced it would be moving in nearby.
