These days Teddi Mellencamp, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, is a big proponent of a healthy lifestyle. She works as a health and wellness coach, and she's been through a big transformation herself, too.

The reality TV star posted side-by-side photos of herself to her Instagram that show just how much she's changed in recent years. On the left, she included a photo of herself at a heavier weight and holding a glass of wine. On the right, she included a recent photo with her slimmed physique and wearing a sleek black outfit.

She added a bit more to her story in the caption. "You can either be an active participant in being a better you or a passive observer, staying where you are. I’ve shared my transformation many times. You never know whom it may resonate with at any point. That’s why I am so vocal about my journey. So, how did Teddi lose weight? Like she says, Teddi is basically an open book when it comes to her weight-loss journey. The reality star has talked about what's worked for her and how she changed her mindset many times.

About four years ago, Teddi overhauled her eating habits and workouts. She said she relies on tools to reel herself back in when she gets a little "wild," but she has not fallen back into yo-yo dieting patterns.

She includes what she learned in her All In by Teddi accountability program. She helps clients "learn how to balance and live a healthy lifestyle" to reach their goal weight, according to the All In by Teddi website. In addition to regular communication with accountability coaches, clients who join her program have access to the dairy-free menus and cardio workouts. Proof of concept pops up on the reg on Teddi's Instagram feed.
