Sept 15 (Reuters) - Britain's competition regulator on Friday cleared auto parts provider LKQ Corp's C$2.8 billion ($2.07 billion) deal to buy Canada's Uni-Select, after it accepted certain undertakings offered by LKQ to address competition concerns.

"The merger between LKQ and Uni-Select will therefore not be referred to Phase 2," the Competition and Markets Authority said. ($1 = 1.3517 Canadian dollars) (Reporting by Radhika Anilkumar in Bengaluru)
