BRIDGEVILLE, Pa., July 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: USAP) announced today that it has engaged Baker Tilly US, LLP (“Baker Tilly”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Baker Tilly replaces Schneider Downs & Co., Inc., which informed the Company of its decision to resign effective upon the filing of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2023. Schneider Downs has served as the Company’s auditors since 2003. The Company’s audit committee unanimously approved the change in auditor.
