The maker of cloud-based enterprise work-management software posted revenue of $74.5 million in the period, surpassing Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $73 million.

For the current quarter ending in September, Upland Software said it expects revenue in the range of $70.4 million to $76.4 million.

The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $292.1 million to $304.1 million.
