US sues SolarWinds -court records
NEW YORK, Oct 30 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday filed a lawsuit against the business software company SolarWinds Corp, according to Manhattan federal court records.
The lawsuit was filed four months after SolarWinds said some current and former executives had received a Wells notice from the SEC, indicating that staff had recommended civil charges and giving the targets a chance to mount a defense.
