The only time you'd be truly comfortable seeing a P/S as steep as R1 RCM's is when the company's growth is on track to outshine the industry decidedly.

If we review the last year of revenue growth, the company posted a terrific increase of 30%. The latest three year period has also seen an excellent 60% overall rise in revenue, aided by its short-term performance. So we can start by confirming that the company has done a great job of growing revenue over that time.

Turning to the outlook, the next three years should generate growth of 18% per annum as estimated by the analysts watching the company. With the industry only predicted to deliver 8.6% per annum, the company is positioned for a stronger revenue result.
