A permit has been issued to Southern Baptist Hospital of Florida for a build-out of a new inpatient PEDS Behavioral Health unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital located at 800 Prudential Dr., S. The unit will be located on the third floor of the hospital and the project will be done by Danis Construction LLC. The estimated cost for the unit is $7,286,506.

Riverside pediatric group offices undergoing renovations

The office of The Carithers Pediatric Group, located at 2121 Park St., is undergoing renovations. A building permit shows interior renovations for the 4,884-square-foot office space at a cost of $1,401,973, and the work is being done by Bent Construction LLC.

New playground coming for Liberty Park in historic Springfield

The City of Jacksonville has applied for a permit to upgrade the playground equipment at the 3,000-square-foot Liberty Park, located at 1938 Liberty Street in the Springfield Historic District of Jacksonville. The cost of the project is $92,355 and F.G. Constructors LLC will be leading the work.

Ulta Beauty coming to Clair Lane Center

A new Ulta Beauty store is coming to the Clair Lane Center joining Trader Joe's, Barnes & Noble, Mandarin Ale House, and Party City as the main tenants of the 11112 San Jose Blvd. location. The cost of the buildout is set at $740,000 with work being handled by Rectenwald Brothers Construction, Inc.
