Edmunds has been a real estate agent in the firm`s Houston office since 2006.
Eagle Springs recently hosted its annual Top Flyer Awards Luncheon for real estate agents who closed one or more new homes in the community in 2013.During the luncheon, Eagle Springs presented Mr. Edmunds with the No. 1 Top Flyer Award for closing 12 new homes in the development in 2013. Mr. Edmunds also earned a Top Flyer award in 2012 from Eagle Springs. In addition, Travis was one of the top three closing Realtors in Summerwood by Newland Communities in 2012.

Demand for Houston real estate continues to strengthen, according to a recent ZipRealty report. At the end of February, there was a 22% year-over-year decline in the inventory of single-family homes, condos and townhouses across the Houston metro area. The median days on market spent by Houston-area homes dropped 42%, while 15% of the market is selling in seven days or less on a year-over-year basis at the end of February, the report said.
