SEANA SMITH: Let's take a look at a couple of trending tickers here after hours. We got to start with DR Horton, Lennar, and NVR. The reason why these three names are up on your screen is that Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway took positions in all three of these companies. We're just getting the details from the most recent 13F filing.

We know homebuilders have certainly been rallying here in recent weeks, off to a very strong start to the year. Taking a look at DR Horton, that stock up nearly 40% since January 1. When we take a look at a one-year chart, they're up just about 54%. So Berkshire Hathaway now owning 5.97 million shares of DR Horton, valuing that at $726.5 million.

NVR, this is a parent company of Ryan Homes and NVHomes. We're looking at gains there as well, up just about 1% in extended trading. Over the last year, we've seen the stock rally just about 38%. And Lennar has been another winner within the homebuilder space. Certainly, we have seen some outperformance there.

Also taking a look at two stocks that Berkshire Hathaway increased their positions with. First, Capital One raised their holding by 26%, now accounting for just about-- just over 3% of the outstanding shares. We're looking at gains of just about 6/10 of a percent.

And Occidental Petroleum, a name that has been associated with Warren Buffett, with Berkshire Hathaway, in recent months, given the stake that we've gotten there. And if you can take a look at Occidental Petroleum, the chart that we have seen, since the start of the year, it is up just about 3%. So bucking some of the pressure that we have seen in the wider space. But Berkshire Hathaway now owning about 25% stake within the company.

And taking a look to that board that we just had up on the screen there of Berkshire Hathaway's top holdings. These have all remained unchanged. He has not adjusted his position here within these companies. But Apple, Bank of America, and Amex among the top holdings there for Berkshire Hathaway.

Let's round it out with taking a look at Amazon. Some news breaking within just the last couple of minutes. Another executive change at the company. This time, Hardware Chief Dave Limp is retiring. He's been with Amazon for just over 13 years, about 13.5 years. Now, limp oversees Echo. He oversees he oversaw Fire TV tablets among many products there for Amazon. Now, this division was one of the ones that was very hard-hit in the recent layoffs that Amazon has announced.

Year-to-date, Amazon shares up just about 67%, not a huge change here in extended trading. But again, just another executive change for Amazon under CEO Andy Jassy.
