Deutsche Bullish on TD Ameritrade, Schwab; Progressive Gets an Upgrade

In Thursday's Analysts' Actions, Deutsche Bank is bullish on online brokers, Citi likes Progressive and JPMorgan sours on Jones Energy. Deutsche Bank is initiating coverage of both TD Ameritrade (AMTD) and Charles Schwab (SCHW). The firm thinks online brokers have "solid business models with strong rate leverage to drive more upside." Both stocks were initiated with 'Buy' ratings. Progressive (PGR) was upgraded to a 'Buy' at Citigroup. The analysts there like the improvement in its underwriting spreads which they expect to see by the end of 2015.
